Haven't got your tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received a tracking confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Got your tracking number, but haven't received your order yet?

Firstly, please allow for the following timeframes for your order to arrive:

VIC: 3-6 business days

NSW: 4-7 business days

SA: 4-7 business days

QLD: 4-7 business days

NT, Nth QLD: 6-9 business days

WA, TAS: 7-10 business days

Other rural/remote destinations: 7-14 business days

If the relevant timeframe has passed, please contact our customer support team at support@reidcycles.com.au or by phoning (03) 4513 0995. We will follow up with the courier company and investigate the matter for you.
