How much does shipping cost?

We offer a subsidised shipping rate around Australia starting at $29.99 per bike. This price varies based on the type of bike you order and where you live. To check the price of delivering an order to your location, please proceed to checkout and enter your address.

For orders containing only parts and accessories, we offer the best price available at the time - please review at checkout.

For shipping to remote island locations, please contact customer service for an estimate and we'll be happy to see what we can do.

​Please note: There are a small number of suburbs that we don’t currently deliver to. This is because our service provider doesn’t service these areas. We also do not currently deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. For further information, please contact customer support.

We do not ship outside of mainland Australia. If you live overseas and would like to buy a Reid bike, please visit our international website to view a list of retailers in over 30 countries through Europe, Oceania, Asia, Middle East and North and South America.

We are currently unable to ship to Australian islands not connected by bridges.
