What happens if my warranty claim is rejected?

Created by Samuel Brunt, Modified on Tue, 16 Sep at 1:37 PM by Samuel Brunt

Once we receive your item and assess the claim, we may reject the warranty claim if it is not caused by a manufacturer fault.

If this happens, you will be liable for any shipping cost incurred with both returning the item to us, and also for us to return it back to you.

We will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible if your warranty claim is rejected, and work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome.
