Our bikes are shipped boxed, and about 85% assembled. The final assembly required includes installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes, and tuning the gears.
We recommend that the assembly be completed by a qualified bike mechanic or another suitably qualified person.
Any damage caused by an incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around, or not tuning the gears) is not covered by your warranty.

If you have a store nearby, remember, all our click and collect orders include free assembly by one of our expert bike mechanics.
If you've ordered online and realised you've bitten off more than you can chew, we offer a discounted assembly fee of $40.00, so feel free to book in and get the bike assembled in store by one of our mechanics.
