The courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange for redelivery.
If no response is received, we will reach out to you via email with further instructions.
If your order is redirected back to our warehouse after no contact, you will be responsible for the return freight fees.
If you wish, you are able to email us with "authority to leave" and instructions for the courier if you're confident that the delivery will be safe.
Please note, Reid Cycles is not responsible for any parcel lost after delivery is successful, and it's always best to send it to an address that will have someone in attendance.
