If you change your mind and want to return your bike, you're welcome to do this within 30 days of purchase.

We are unable to accept returns after this 30 day period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

You will also be liable for any cost of returning the product to us such as shipping costs, and accept this as a condition of returning the product to us.

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind reasons such as gift cards, perishable goods, flammable liquids and/or gases, and clothing that has been worn.

A partial refund may apply if the product is not returned to us in a suitable condition, and you will be made aware of this before a refund is processed.
