At Reid Cycles, we want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your bike purchase. We offer a generous warranty if there is anything wrong with the product, but also allow for our online customers to return within 30 days of receipt simply for change of mind.

In store customers have the opportunity to test ride and check for size/colour before purchase, but online customers don't. That's why we offer a 30 day test ride promise! Give your new bike a spin on a clean sealed surface (like concrete) and if it's not the perfect fit for you, we're here to help.

If you decide to return the bike within 30 days, just make sure it's unused and in its original condition - please read the full terms here. Our team will then arrange for a courier pickup and issue a refund minus shipping costs or damage. If you prefer, you can also return the bike in-store.
