You can contact Support via Intercom chat. To do so, click on the Intercom chat icon located in the bottom right corner of the page.

Click on "Start new conversation" and type in your message. The Support will get to you as soon as possible.

While contacting support it is great if you could provide the description of your issue along with the screenshot of the error (if any persist).

Your request will be processed by the 1st line support agents and then escalated to other departments if needed.
