If your order is damaged during transit, please take photos of the damage and alert us immediately via email: support@reidcycles.com.au. Include your order number and the bikes serial number (usually on the underside of the bottom bracket). Do not proceed to assemble or use your items.
Solutions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the damage sustained.
