Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. However, if your bank account is closed or the card used is no longer valid, we can still assist with the refund.
After issuing a refund, your bank will provide us with an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN), acting as a receipt for the accepted funds.
If your original account is closed or the card is invalid, you must contact your bank directly with the ARN to advise them on how to process the funds.
